anyone run true braided rad lines?
Im doing it on my car, I have fittings to weld to my rad and water pump, but my question is for those of you that did it what for angle ends did you need? I dont have my engine in my car right now so I cant tell where my WP sits for sure, I can only guess and at the price of fittings for BIG AN lines I dont want to order the wrong ones, I know on one of the message boards Im on someone did it but I dont remember witch one.

Yeah, my '71 Monte has them, I think it's -32 size. At the time, I was able to get a real trick O ringed swivel thermostat housing made for the -32. You'll need to figure out what fittings you'll need. I used some straights and some 45's as I recall. I'm sure it's been a good 20 something years since I did this. I had Griffen add AN bungs to the radiator when I ordered it.

the stock hoses on my car were 1 1/4 -20an is 1 1/8 I think ill be fine with that since I have a straighter/shorter run now than the way the stock hose's were and no hard bends in the hose like the stock hoses do, Im thinking a 90 on the bottom of the rad a 45 on the top and 2 straights to go on the pump but with out my block here I dont know for sure, just looking for someone that might have done this and know what they used.
