Default lt4 kit upgrade?

what other parts will i need for the upgrade besides tuning and fuel injectors?

my firehawk has a 383stroker, but the guy who built it only did the bottom end. i'm still running stock heads/intake/cam

i would look elsewhere to be honest. pull your stock heads and have those ported as you would need to send the lt4 heads for porting anyway. the lt4 manifold is the same internally as the lt1 so no gain there, and the cam in that kit is tiny for a stock 350 much less a 383, and all the parts can be purchased seperately to fit your application and give the most bang for your buck. talk to llyod elliot at elliot portworks, or advanced induction or port pros and see what they can do for you. IMHO that kit is WAY overpriced for what it is. good luck.

Yeah, you want to be going MUCH bigger than that on the heads/cam with a 383.

You buying the LT4 kit would be a mistake of the same magnitude of the last guy putting stock untouched heads on a stroker.

Have the stock heads ported and let the heads guys help on the cam, Advanced Induction was my choice and I could not be happier.

here are some to compair

The lt4's are good but i'm building my 396 w stage 3 GTP lt1 heads
and am running the lt4's on my 350 w stock tune now. So unless your buying the lt4's and having them ported its a wast of money.It's not that big of an upgrade for stock to stock. Look back a page theres a closed out post of this just dont mind the bitch sesion at the end.
