cranking slowly
cranking slowly whenever i cold start the car it cranks once and bam on. but when i drive it and park and come back while its still hot itll crank really slow almost dying. volts go to 9. my battery is charged at 14V and alternator is charging the battery. i replaced the battery not too long ago with a smaller sized stock size one with 600-650 cranking amp. the one that came with the car was a huge bitch and hardly would come out. that one was at 800 cranking amp.
question is what would drain the battery ONLY when the engine has been running? connections are good and all. seems like it started when i replaced the battery. i dont want to put the big bastard back in cause i want a stock sized one. maybe a bigger cranking amp but stock size?
