Weird Start-up Problem

Weird Start-up Problem Hey guys,
My car is a 97 trans am. Over the past two weeks or so its been acting up. When the engine is allowed to cool down completely (overnight), the next day the car starts right up. Also, when the car is warmed up then turned off for maybe 15-30 minutes, it will start right back up. The problem is when the car has been warmed up and turned off, then i get back in it an hour or two later, the car takes like 8-10 seconds to crank up. During this 8-10 seconds the engine is turning, but it just won't crank up all the way. Also when this happens, the "Trip" setting on my odometer resets.
Not sure where to begin solving this problem. Any help would be appreciated.
