Rear main seal question.
EDIT: If it's not leaking should I just leave it alone or go ahead and replace it? The car has 82,xxx miles.

But, the one piece rear main seals are pretty good, they usually only leak due to poor maintenance or severe abuse over a period of time, it is so cheap you really might as well.
Also, if you were going to take the pan off, I would change the oil pump as well. Wouldn't hurt either way, but if it went out a few K miles later you would have wished you would have.
