Default torque converter question

I am putting a TH400 behind my LT1. Can anyone tell me what bolt pattern the LT1 uses?? 10 3/4 or 11 1/2?? Will I have to change flex plates or can I make the stock Lt1 flex plate work??

the smaller one 10 3/4", you would have to drill holes for the larger and i don't know about the balance just get the smaller pattern convertor

I got a crash course in this but wound up with the large diameter, dual convertor bolt pattern SFI flexplate from a 383LT1 with a TH400
yours for 50 bucks shipped - problem solved

The LT1/4L60E plate is a small diameter 153 tooth with 10-3/4 convertor
To use the outer starter mount holes locating the nose into the bellhousing, and most TH400 convertors you need the large diameter 11-1/2 pattern with 168 teeth.

Oh - I also have the chromemoly driveshaft with a TH400 front yoke and 1350 u-joints for you
