help with lt1 heads and cam
help with lt1 heads and cam i just got some heads that have a mild port and polish done but i was woundering on the springs, im not sure on what ones to get i need help if you have part numbers it will help so far i have the lt4 hot cam 1.6 RR's and i plan on getting the CC306 cam, what should i get
I would use comp beehive springs part# 26-918-16
comp retainers part# cca-787-16
shims part #cca-46753
if your keepers are in good shape reuse them they dont really go bad
that is more then enought for a cc306 and overkill for a lt4 hc but you will never have to worry about valve float
