I would say look into Kooks.

I cant think of any company that makes an off the shelf ORY/Y that big.

Your next step would be to go to a muffler shop and have it fab'd. FWIW, flowmaster has a merge that would work, you would just need to get the merge to collectors created.

I had one made that was 3" into a delta Y 3 1/2" from a local place, cost me $300+ though.
