Engine to frame groundstrap

Engine to frame groundstrap I have one that was attached by the coil and guessing going to the frame, well found it half attached today.
Where can i find one of these around? Autozone only had battery cables and those wont work. Online somewhere or whats the correct term for it?
Can I drive around without this till i get another one or is it a safety issue?

GM is notorious for poor grounds. You can add any kind of wire you want to make a ground but the braided stuff is best. I allways add ground wires from the battery ground to the body and battery ground to engine. The fatter the wire the better.
