Default Steering Vibration

So the other week at the track we fried my pcm trying to tune it. End result we get some guys to trailer the car to my buddies house (it was on their way) and from there we tow the car to my house (3-4 miles away). Wrapped the tow strap around the k-member staying clear of any lines. Got it home alright and just rehooked he rechipped pcm up today. So im backing it out to go on a test drive when every time i turn the wheel there is vibration and if i come to a stop the wheel is VERY loose. Im assuming something happened while towing it? any ideas? maybe air in the power steering lines?

power steering will not effect your turning physically. only effects how hard it is to steer. id check your tie rod ends. make sure they are tight
