No signel to the coil = bad opti?

I have another post on here saying I dont have any spark on my 93 LT1 Firebird. Well I did a few tests and Im not getting any trigger ro the orange wire going to the coil.. Does this mean bad opti?

i didnt have a signal to my coil, but had it to my ign. module. had to replace it and it was $100 bucks but it works awsome.
