power steering
power steering my power steering fluid is leakin kinda bad like my opti is wet and all under my car is wet.. say i fill it to the fill mark 3 weeks later it will say i need to fill it agian so i was wondering what would be leakin ...since im doin an opti i might as well fix this to so any suggestions i would really like to hear
it all happened when i was doin dounuts and it made a real loud squel and now my powersteerin work then dosent work and it leaks now so i dont no what i did but i need to find out soon so ..where is the front seal at

where the pulley is on the pump. i replaced mine cause mine started to whine and i saw P/S fluid all over my plug wires and below the pump. a few weeks later it gave out fully... i replaced my pump, problem solved
Yep, Although it could be the high pressure line, I would replace the whole thing. It's going out anyway, there is a high performance one that I saw GMHTP had back about a year ago in the new products and it piqued my interest...

high performance? uhh. id just go to a NAPA or national auto parts and get an A1 Cardone Reman p/s pump. My father used A1cardone at his speed shop all the time back in the day. great company

Had very similar if not same problem. Its as simple as finding the leak. clean off the engine good (get all that grime off near the PS parts) and then have somebody turn the wheel back and forth while its running and find that sucker. I had a pinhold in the High pressure line... was pissing out fluid at about the same rate you described. I replaced the line and refilled the system and its fixed. Good luck with yours!
