Default better intake?

hey guys i'm gonna do the LE2 H/C in a couple of months. is it necessary to port the stock LT1 intake? or would it be better to buy an LT4. what are the difference in power gains. does the LT4 perform that much better? or can i just use my stock one and be fine with it? and i have all the bolt ons ready to put on. it's an A4 and it's on a 1994 Z.

Who better to ask than the one that you're going to buy the package from? LE should be able to answer that pretty easy.

Edit:
Man you're all over the place, LE2 this summer (as in last), then LE2 cam now and LE2 heads summer of '08...I dont know how you keep up with yourself.

I havent been on here long and use this sight for alot of research but man we dont need a thread everytime your fart changes color. Call the people you want to actually do the work..be amazed at how much THEY know The cam heads and stall all need to be bought together to get the best results...LE can probably give you a good idea about what stall you need too.

Then once you find out you can let everyone know!

the lt4 intake will gain you NOTHING except the headache of making it fit with lt1 heads. internally they are the same. like said above call lloyd and ask what works best. but i would say atleast port match the intake to the heads.
