Default engine oil dipstick tube problems

after installing bbk shorties (car is lowered) and having numerous problems with copper gaskets I finally got them to seal got it all put back together and now I can't for the life of me get my dipstick tube back in. it looks like i might have bent the lower portion that goes through the block in the removal process I was just curious if anyone knows of any tricks to get that thing back in, any input would be helpful

Wiggle it back and fourth as you slightly pull/push down on it. Devin

Cut all but two inchs off the bottom from where it goes into the block

I break one just above every time I take my headers. I just ordered three more

All the dipsticks I removed went back in. If you bent it then it's done. It's your call cause we can't see it. You just got to wiggle it around and maybe lightly tap the bracket with a hammer. Put some grease on it so it goes in a little easier.

I dremel'd mine down to make it thinner, went right in.
