Running slow
So did you ruin the LT4 intake by machining it to fit the LT1 heads? You know internally it was just an LT1 intake anyway, that extra material that needs to be machined off above the intake runners to clear the LT1 valve cover rail is the only thing that made an LT4 intake an LT4 intake.
Well your 1/8 mile times and MPH point to mid 14s so I would have to say you have massive issues we can not diagnos with out any information. Even with a stock stall(if A4) and stock gears I would expect probably a good .7 faster.
You did at least put appropriate springs on the heads when you did the cam right? Skipping the 1.6 rokers would be OK but skipping spring would NOT.
