Depending on what y-pipe you have its custom bent to fit right there! I just got done installing mine with an ORY! I had to loosen the header so it hung enough for the y-pipe to slip on and then tighten it back up once you have it fitted!

No experience with duals on an F-body, if they run straight back than more than likely you will need the pipes bent like my y-pipe, give me a sec and i will try to upload pics of it to you. its jut enough to give about an inch clearance of the body!

I used a pry-bar with a towel and pried the header down a bit and the y-pipe slide right on. The PS header on DS the collector is like angled up or something and that is a comon problem. You could do the heater hose mod if you want but I would get it fixed right. What I did was on my exhaust crossmember I bough a 2ft long hose clamp and went aroud the y-pipe and the crossmember as to pull the y-pipe and the headers down an 1/2in and it is PERFECT! I can get some pics if anyone would like any just PM if you want some. Devin
