Jacobs ignition box and nitrous mastermind.. on a LT1??

Default Jacobs ignition box and nitrous mastermind.. on a LT1??
We can't seem to make it work..

Anyone tried this before? We start the car and its retards the timing like crazy.

I had a "omni magnum"(now discontinued) on the car shortly after I got it and it was garbage even on a stock car all it did was eat plugs and cause problems.

Just run a Mallory 685 and a FJO mini controller and call it good.

Did you just have a nitrous mastermind laying around? Thats some old stuff right there.
I just checked the latest summit catalog, I see NOS has a mini like the fjo that has a handheld programmer.

Thats the only advantage I could think the Jacobs has, is that its all dials on the front, no laptop.......
