Anyone else have a 95 OBD1?

exactly in title... i have a 1995 z28 with OBD1.... anyone else?

I had one..before I swapped in the 402.

1995's are all OBDI.

What's up..you looking for something specific?

Merv- i have a 95. It has the primitive version of OBII (has the OBDII connector). At least thats what my GM-ASEP professor said. I was able to use a tech 2 on it and everything. I think they started using that late 95.

95s do not have a primitive version of obdII. They have the exact same obdI computer as 94. The obdII connector is the only difference.

ALL 95 F-bodies came with OBD-I, even the California Cars.

That being said I converted mine and several others to OBD-II since 2001

I had a feeling that you were getting at the Data Port Connector. I have a OBDII one as well, helps with tuning my new Engine.
If your Professor went to School to tell you that..then I wonder what Degree I can get with all I know..

shoot ai have always heard you can get more power out of a obd1 (95). and the program software is alot cheaper. Shout I converted to obd1 from obd2 on the wifes WS-6

My 94 thinks its a 95! Does that count? The PCM is a tuned 95...

i swapped down from 1 to 2, easier for me to play around with the program, plus i scored lt1 edit obd1 for free! not to mention if you fart too loud obd2 throws a code.
