Why not do the cam/springs now, and 1.6 arms later? To pull the lifters you gotta pull the cam anyway. To replace the rockers, all that comes off is the valve covers.

I'd MUCH rather do what ends up being essentially a cam swap once instead of twice, especially on an LT1.

Since when do you have to pull a cam to change lifters?

And as far a pro forms go i would not suggest them i had a set and they failed.
