Default weird problem... once i thought i was done

so i finally got my car all together after fixing my timing issue i had a few weeks ago... ive been startim my car everyonce in awhile just to let in run and all. well yesterday i started it and turned the wheels so i could bleed my brakes so i could finally drive it started right up as usual then once i was finshed i went to start it to finally drive it and all it did was crank... i got spark and i got fuel how can it just quit working in ten minutes time makes no sense to me and ideas?

Couple plug wires fell off when you ran the steering from left to right? Just a shot in the dark. Something else get pinched perhaps?

its possible havnt had time to check anything all it does is crank... ill have to mess with it in the morning im taking off to fix whatever is wrong i just hope its not my opti but i dont think it would just crap out within ten minutes time but you never no

so i got the car started i had to play with the throttle to get it started and to keep it running i let it run for like thirty seconds it sounded horrible and was puffing out black smoke...
