You could drive down to south Jersey and let them do the install. It’s really difficult and I couldn’t imagine it not being fully welded like they do it.
HOWEVER, while letting them do it, make sure the muffler is up as far as it can go, not hanging way down like they did mine AND make sure the pipe doesn’t hit everything along the way like mine AND ask them why they have to jam a rubber wedge between the pipe and the hump like they did mine.
That’s right guys, I think they did a poor job and in the end I wasn’t a happy camper. In hindsight, I wish I spent more money and got the Kooks true dual stainless system. For our engines, dual 2.5's is plenty. BRICEZ28, give Kooks a call. Hell, they’re way closer to you in Bayshore. I’ll be planning to have Kooks do mine next year.

I suppose that if you jave a krazy enough engine, dual 2.5's may not be enough. I know Kooks also has a true dual 3 inch all the way. They won't sell it as a kit, it's strictly a item they install. Its custom bent to fit each car.

You probably think I am crazy but My dyno curve rolls over just past what your Monte does, at the rear wheels. Is that the one you have 2.5s on?
Nope. Never said what the Monte has. It's got a full 3 inch system. It dyno'ed at 596 HP at 5,250 RPM and 592 ft-lbs at 2,500 RPM.
It was built and run in about '93. If I did this motor over today, I'd get easily over 700 HP with better heads and cam.
