If you have a HOT CAM KIT come here for a min!

Can you use your stock valve covers when you install your 1.6 roller rockers with the hot cam kit?

yep, just gotta do a lil' "flattening" on the inside, takes all of about 5 minutes

got one on a 96 camaro and put stock valve covers on without any cutting and they went on fine.

I'm assuming you're referring to the GM Performance 1.6 aluminum roller rockers that come in the Hot Cam Kit. Mine also went on without cutting, but it's common to have to modify the bracing inside the cover.

I'm also running a passenger valve cover on the driver-side head, I thought for sure I was going to have clearance issues.
