If i do need it how do i set it up what all connects to it i blocked off the line on my water pump since i have no heater any more.

that's ur steam tube from the back of the heads, on mine the coolant hose goes straight to the coolant reservoir but i've did the TB bypass, i think it goes into the side of ur TB if u haven't did the bypass

To be more specific, the bottom plate of the TB...Do NOT route that into your TB itself!!!!!
That is the rear steam coolant hose, and it will pour very hot condensed coolant steam into your intake, hydrolocking and most likely killing the engine if it is on a vacuum line instead, lol. On the bottom plate it just flows through a short passage in the TB(heating it), then goes back into the rad.
You can bypass that and put it back into the radiator on the very small inlet on the top near the vent cap, so it can be cooled and then ran back into the engine. This will also give a small power increase since the air will not be heated as much.

If u look at the diagram number 3 and 4 show the hose clamp and hose which would be going to the part on the TB. But like stated above, go ahead and bypass it for the small HP gain.
