The volume difference is small enough that it shouldn't matter.
I asked Ed Wright a similar question about my H/C tune VS swapping
everything over to a 355 and he agreed.
Are you planning on changing your compression ratio? (other than the bore size)

I agree no need to reprogram for just the overbore but I also think it would be a big mistake to not do more too it long as you are that far in and doing more will require reprogramming.
I understand mkoney may be an issue but at the same time it is cheapest to do thing as few times as possible.
