Default 396 LT1 Cam suggestion?

Am looking for cam suggestions for a 396 LT1 Currently under construction.

Heads are GTP Stage 2 with the following flow
Intake
.200=131.6/44
.300=188.4/63
.400=233.3/78
.500=262.6/87.8
.600=263.2/88
.650=256.6/85.8
.700=256.0/85.6

Exhaust
.200=109.5/34
.300=148.1/46
.400=175.5/54.5
.500=193.2/60
.600=202.8/63
.650=204.4/63.5
.700=206.1/64

The car is a 6-speed, using 1&3/4" LT headers
the old cam was a GTP #5 236/242 .560/.560
am looking for more power lower in the RPM band, the old cam had a very high power band.
Car will be SPRAYED

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I've got a 383ci with GTP stage II's and their #6 cam 236/242 568/592 on a 114 lobe sep. I like that cam and maybe you could tighten the lobe sep to around 112 or even 110. Just a thought.

for nitrous you want more overlap and i wouldnt reccomend a smaller LSA. the smallest i would even consider is a 112 LSA but preferably a 114 with plenty of overlap. how much are you gonna spray? I would actually prefer Angry'Z cam for a large motor on spray because of the large exhaust lift, but like a 236/244 for the little extra overlap.
