355 Combo I was thinking up a setup for a friend, what do you think this setup would do?

Forged internals
11.5 - 12.1 comp ratio
Stock heads reworked into equivilent of LE3 heads or so (Gonna try to get 300cfm from them)
292 xfi cam
1.6 rollers
Stock LT1 intake ported or ported edlebrock intake (any major differances other then air gap)
58mm twin
LS1 K&N CAI setup
Complete MSD Ignition w/ 6AL
1 3/4" LTs
True Duals
With a strong tune running all stock acc. and ac maybe an ewp also what kind of power could this setup be capable of? Would it be possible to get 450rwhp with this stuff? Any benefit from a monoblade? Car is 6spd. Im just curious if this would put him where he wants to be. Thanks
