help with cam My friend is slapping a lt1 together for know. It's a stock short block that is 40 over. Looking for the best cam It will have a set of ported heads and boltons He ordered a lt4 hotcam is there anything he should use instead of that cam. Also are those cams ground pretty good or should we degree it in.
Also will stock injectors be OK or what size should he run

It all depends on what he's trying to get power wise and streetablity.
the hotcam is a very weak choice. 
If he wants to go to the track and not get embarrassed, call up a sponsor and get a custom cam or at least go with something that will put out some numbers.
