Default Tune for Pacesetter LT's

I'm wanting to put some Pacesetter Lt's and ORY on my '97 OBD-2 car but I still want it to pass the NC emission test. Does anyone know if I can get a tune on the ECU that will make so that it does not throw a code? I know I'll need some dummy O2's. I also want to do an air pump delete. I am going to do a mail order tune from madz28 anyway just to get it updated.

Yes you can get a tune that will delete the codes for the rear O2's ( no need for sims) air pump and egr.

Yeah but how does that work? Does the ECU just not reconize thoes emission componets and throw a not ready code? If that is the case then I will not pass the NC emission test.

It completely deletes those codes and reads ready.

SWEET! Thanks CRAZZ28. How did you plug the holes in your manifold for the air pump and egr?

This only works for OBD2 engines, doesn't it? For example, I didn't think the AIR/EGR could be eliminated with tuning in a 94? FWIW, we have a sniffer in MD for OBD1 cars, not just a port read.
