Second there are H/C/I 383 guys spraying 150 and 200 shots and not running 10.0's.
lol...i had a cam only motor that went 11.90 on motor..then 125 shot it went 10.60's if i had of ever hooked up my second stage i bet i could have got a 9 outa it with a 225 shot that was with a 3200 BABY fuddle(cost me about 2 tenths up top) and 3.73 which i never left on spray

for the cam only record being a 11.2 a 150 shot would prolly get him DAMN NEAR a 9 sec pass....just because every1 throws a 383 in their car doesnt mean it will go fast...**** 1sloformula is running 12.0 with bolt ons i GAURANTEE with a 150 hit hee be in the 10's

2 stage n20 800 (new)
built tranny 1400 (new)
good stall 700 (new)
stand alone 450 (new)
mail order tune 150...

little over 4000 bucks in mods..mostly new parts, could have saved a lot with some used parts.....not too bad to get 9's realiably...you should see how fast it will be when he gets rid of the 10 BOLT

10 bolt? wtf

i wouldnt waste my money on a 383, i fell for them! Im glad ur calling BS, and dont care. Its not my car that runs it so its not worth my time arguing about. I have never seen him run it, only heard and hes my friend so i believe him. Plus he has friends to back it up and i have seen his car kill some **** on the street

ok well my car cam only went 11.90's on motor and a 125 shot 50 feet out went 10.60's...my ls1 runs 11.7x and 10.0 or better...im aware lt1 like nitrous but see how long a stock bottom end lasts on a 250 shot...then go to lt1 guys and see the HUGE number of them with 200 or more shot with years doing it

You said stock motor. That is usually interpreted to mean bolt ons and NO internal work whatsoever on the ORIGIONAL motor that was in the car when it was manufactured.

Also how many guys are there that consistently run a 200 or more shot on a stock bottom end I would like to know? because I have a friend that shot 175 at the track and on the street a couple times and after 2 seasons the rings were SHOT in his stock bottom end.

I have no doubt that with a N2O cam and a healthy shot you can run that number. Just skeptical about a COMPLETELY STOCK motor 10.0 on spray.

by the way a 383 is worth it.I will run low 9`s when I spray it in the spring. There is a huge differance between low 9`s and high 9`s
