oil pressure problem

oil pressure problem MY LT1 starts to lose oil pressure under WOT and only when its warm and the oil has thinned out. the pressure is fine at idle and under normal driving conditions. It is around 60 at 2500RPMs then when I get it WOT the pressure goes to 65 then drops to 40. It also has a top end knock. All this started happening the day after I last changed my oil. Anyone have any ideas about what could be causing this?
