Low oil pressure!
Low oil pressure! I have just noticed recently my car isnt running near the oil pressure it was. it was at least 40 at normal driving conditions and just under at warm idle. now it will only hit 40 at WOT. 
i adjusted the valves a couple of days before i noticed the oil pressure drop but the night i noticed the difference i had taken her up to 6k. im thinking a possible cam bearing or something IDK. is there any way i could have adjusted the valves to loosely and that cause an oil pressure drop. could to loose of valves cause a cam bearing failure.
i really hope so b/c i dont want to **** with fixing something major right now. Idk if my oil pressure was good before the 6k shift either so... sorry for the broad amount of detail but its making me sick thinking of it.

if it were a cam bearing you would hear it. have you checked your oil level? what kind, and what weight of oil do you use? also the filter brand? try a 10w 30 oil w/ a K&N filter. also depending on the miles it could be a weak pump.
sorry to jack a thread, but how do you go about checking the pressure with a mechanical gauge? cuz i am gettin really worried about my oil pressure cuz at warm idle after its ran for a good hour or so my oil pressure is just barely above red on my gauge...

There appears to be a 1/4" npt port on the engine block (rear) just above the oil filter.
