96' Imp-SS installed in my 78' Malibu. My problem is that the engine will not idle and its dumping fuel without burning it accordingly. I have replaced the fuel pressure regulator and fuel pump with still no improvements in drivability. As for my fuel setup i'm wondering if I made a mistake by not connecting the vent line that runs from the tank to the engine. Could this cause idling problems by the gas tank not having vaccum pulling?

i didnt have that problem with plugging my vac hoses to the tank. sure ya dont have a vaccuum leak or possibly MAF backwards, sensor not plugged in all the way? then there is always the oxygen sensors that mightve went bad. speaking of does it do it al the time warm or cold?

I had the maf and and all emissions deleted from the computer so its running in speed density mode but it's doing this all the time, I cant make a trip around the block without the engine cutting off 3-4 times.
