Default Almost ready for the shootout

got it on the ground, scaled by Madman and the initial setup on all his new suspension, and ready to get tuned. I have a few odd loose ends to clear up then off to the dyno. Here is the way it sits. It had been raining and I just backed it up into my shop so no picking apart the shots. Also they are big and I haven't resized them so I'm just putting the link.

Stock hood won't fit when I do the hat I'm looking to do. I'm not a real big hood fan and love the sleeper look more...but I really have no choice. the Next stup def. will not fit. Plus this saved me about 40 lbs.

this is an older shot before the trimming started and with the old hood..you can see how tight it was gonna be

Oh...the two tone isn't gonna stay..it MAY be painted before the shootout..lol.

Dont do the hat deal.... Unless artificial atmosphere is in the future.

Look up pics of Joe Overtons car. He made a sheetmetal tray that sealed to the ram air hood with the same setup you have.

the next setup will be unnaturally aspirated. Not sure what im going to do with the NA setup. I would like to get some kind of ramming/cold air setup going.

I did like Joes setup. I have lots of pics somewhere of that car.

I will see how it works and how I like it. The stock shifter ball is in the center console so if I don't like it I can swap em back. So far I like the feel of it but we will see how I like it bangin gears down the 1/4.

About 12.6:1 Right on the verge of pump gas. I could probably get away with it but will run a mix.
