Default Opti Spark vacuum ports

Can someone tell me or does someone have a diagram what the ports do or if vacuum hoses get hooked up from those and where they lead to? I just got a 1995 Z28 and I'm trying to diagnose a misfire. Someone told me there should be 2 hoses going to the opti in that car, but I didn't see any. I found what appears to be some sort of cover for the opti possibly in the trunk of the car though.

one is in the intake elbow. should have a little blue elbow on it. Other should be on driver's side of intake. They both have blue and white check valves on them.

Where can I find the vac. diagram that shows that? I see the hoses you are talking about on the elbow and on the manifold, but they definitly do not go down near the opti anywhere.
