Headers question????

I’m looking at getting a set of headers for my 95 Z28. Should I get a set with ERG fitting or not? If I go with no ERG fitting do I have to get a tune or is there away to get around it. Oh I tried the search but it's not working this morning for me?

if it were me i would get a race style header and get rid of the emissions, unless your in an emissions state. if you delete the emissions, you will need a tune.

Can I get mail in tune, If so what is the going rate. i just pick up stuff LT1, I'm pretty much and LS1 guy and got all my tuning on a dyno.

A mail order will do you just fine. pcmforless.com and madz28.com are the most popular.

Yeah unless your state requires emissions go w/ race style that way you wont have to worry about breaking the lil pieces off where they connect. Also regardless if you get emissions headers or race headers I highly suggest a tune. I got a street tune for the same price as the mail order tunes

I would go with Kooks long tube if you don't mind putting up the dough. Race style. I've always heard good things about PCMsforless to get your EGR delete and tune.
