My flowmaster sucks as well, I'm looking for a stock muffler to replace it, I've got a DMH Ecutout though.

How did you get your passenger side header in? I'm having loads of trouble putting mine in.

With a lot of patience! Just dont break the egr pipe like mine and have an exhaust leak for a long time. Take the alternator off to give you more room, remove the dip-stick, the starter and put it in from the bottom. I found that to be the best way to do it.

Yeah I already deleted the EGR, so no worries there. I didn't want to take the dipstick out but if I have to I will. I'm gonna try again tomorrow , it's ****** cold as hell out here, -34 or something with the wind chill.

Default Headers

Mine was a real pain, I had full emissions headers. The EGR tube was the whole problem going in, it kept catching the firewall on the bracket. I just bent the EGR tube on the headers about half an inch in the direction it was already bent and the header fell right into place then, no problems...

Oh, and bolt the EGR tube that runs to the intake on before you completely tighten the header to the head, it makes it a 100 times easier. once that header is in place you can't reach that damn thing.

The only bad thing about bullets being dumped is its just loud all the damn time.....Not something I would want on my car, especially since its a street car.

the Air pump is a couple ten mill bolts and you can get rid of of that ugly thing, no block off plates needed, if you take all the egr off then you need block off plates for the back of the intake.
