Default sorry if this is the wrong section...

im under the impression that a 350 TPI is close to an LT1? my dad has a built/blown iroc but it runs like **** after he did engine work, heads, cams, intake, msd ignition box, supercharger, pretty much everything besides the shortblock is brand new... i know for my car its as easy as a plug in hand held tuner...but his being an 89, what is the best way to get it tuned and have it running good? and what would the cost of something like that usually run? ide like to have it done for him for fathers day, even though thats a long ways off...

thanks guys, and sorry for the noobish question, im not a big chevy guy..

Those need chips, not tunes. It's only like the 92-93 LT1s, the 94-97 are flashable. I'm sure MadZ28 still does them, and I think PCM For Less does too.

Yeah, both of those companies do, and I think JET custom makes chips for them also.

Yea Ed does, forgot about him.

I wouldn't bother using JET though, might as well use Hypertech -_-

You might find a more helpful audience if you went to google and searched on 'iroc forum' and explored the top dozen or so results.
