Can anyone spot the problem (PIC) Can anyone see what the problem is? This is exactly how the it looked when I pulled the heads off. I have not removed any part of the piston. There are bits of aluminum spread throughout the EVERYWHERE in the engine.

Nah is what happened is the Oil pressure sending unit cracked so I lost all my oil pressure to the engine. But no light came on. By the time I noticed the small ammount of smoke and got accross the lanes to pull over it became a lot of smoke. Changed the oil and sending unit. Fired it up and it had a slight knock to it at startup. Then on my way to the waffle house the car downshifted and hit 5K rpms and it grenaded.
Thats actualy a mixture of coolant, oil, and chunks of piston.

Funny part is my brother just bought an 89 mustang today.
Well I figured rotating mass is the best to remove in order to go faster. And nothing in the engine travels faster than the piston so imagine the parasitc loss throwing that piston back and forth I just saved..
