Default Sugest A Cam

I am getting a killer deal on this engine done. Basically including the trickflow heads its coming out to be 850 bucks. So Im going to sell the CC305 that I got for free and see if someone has any suggestions for a cam. The car will have a 3200 stall converter and 3.73's. Also suggestions on valve springs would be appreciated. Also the heads are brand new but will be ported by a local guy and the compression is setup for the larger chambers.

355:
Trickflow heads (Im only paying 450 for them and my stockers are shot)
Eagle crank, GM rods, 11:1 compression on the 64cc heads
CC305 cam, GM LT4 Rockers, New lifters and hardened pushrods
Pacesetter longtubes ORY Hooker catback
CAI and 52mm tb and port matched intake
And a dyno tune.

If you are getting your heads ported then you are going to want to get them flowed and take the numbers to a cam grinder and have one tailored to your needs or you could call a cam company like comp and talk to one of there techs.

I would upgrade to a better rod. Also get the heads milled and up that compression. As far as a cam goes, I agree with a custom grind.

The cc306 would work well with your combo, it will do well with the stall, gears, displacement and better flowing heads.
definatly not too big!
Also look into having a custom cam ground to match your setup, oh and be willing to spin the motor in the 6500rpm range to use the cams strengths
