vibrations at high rpm

vibrations at high rpm i got 97 fromula ws6 with a manual transmission recently put a used transmission in i got from the wrecking yard the first one i put in had a messed up reverse and i felt this vibrating at high rpms so i returned it and got another so i installed the new one and i got reverse now but still have the vibrations threw all gears what can be causing this drive shaft?
the tranny mount is new it almost makes it feel like the shift is rough also it does it during down shifts to .
should i get the drive shaft balanced could it be motor mounts ?
