yeah its a little much for a bolt-on car. I would look more in the 3200 range if it were me. Whats your plans for future mods?

I had a Hughes 3K RPM stall and I loved it with full bolt-ons. Now I had a local guy replace the internals and bump up the stall speed to 4K RPM and it feels a little loose but not much. Id look at something smaller if its a DD, if not go as big as you want.

85% of the people who get a converter say they could have gone bigger after a month or two of driving (including myself). with the 3800 i don't think you will have that problem. if it is too loose mod your way up to it. if you're leaving the car as is though i'd say thats too much for you.
