Hey everybody, I have been working on a vertical radiator setup and its finished now but I ran into a few problems. First off the radiator only has two large fittings and a smaller one that runs to an expansion tank for filling. So I did some research and found out I could block off the bypass line on the lower driver side of the water pump and run the steam line from the back of the heads into a barbed fitting where the bleeder screw is, so thats how I did it.
I started it up tonight and let it idle and get up to temp, and the new fans didnt kick on

and the heater never got warm. So I shut it down and the upper hose that runs to the thermostat housing isnt warm and the other large hose running to the driver side of the water pump was warm. Its like the thermostat isn't opening, but it was fine before this project?
What do you guys make of this? Any ideas?
