need serious help!!!!

hey my car wont run ... ok here's the downlow i was out last night and had my gf with me and she wanted to do some donits .... ok no harm there ... well i cranked it up and spun it around acouple of times and my car started to sputter and die well i made it off the road... and now it wont start back it acts like it tries to run like it is out of time or something it hits a couple of licks then dies .... can anyone tell me what the deal is i really dont know .... i am thinkin it is my opti .... argh..... but maybe somone has some insight to my problem......thanks mark it is a 96 z

I don't know how doing donuts would **** with your opti. Thats a weird problem...maybe something fuel related?

have you checked fuel? Ignition? There is a possibility you sturred up some settiment in the tank and it made its way to the filter, there for it may have cloged it.

i dont know is ther also a feul reset or something .... i figured it would be the strain of getting on it it is the original opti ... it acts like it is out of time i have done donuts b4 it hasn't donre this b4 .....

I doubt it's the opti, I would start out by changing the fuel filter...10 bucks and 20 minutes...

I would start by listening to see whether the fuel pump kicks on when the key is turned on. If it does I would then check fuel pressure. If pressure is there then I would check to see if I had fire, pull the coil wire and crank it see if it arcs over.
