acceleration problem
acceleration problem it seems like whenever the car is warm/hot and the SES light isnt on yet from the idle stalling, the car falls on its face. i went to test it today and dropped the hammer in 1st and banged 2nd and just spun so it went good, when in 3rd gear today accelerating by rolling into the throttle the tach all of a sudden went back down to 1500rpm from 3500-4000. 
what would cause this? opti is 8000 miles old so im ruling that out. fuel filter is new, regulator is new, plugs are new coil is new, ICM is new (autozone). could a bad plug wire cause this and the stalling on idle?

maybe an ICM? you check fuel pressure? Check your plug wires, also is it throwing a code? get that scanned. When my opti went bad the first couple times it would run ok till it was warmed up they it would pop and just turn off. If its throwing an SES light get that scanned then you will know for sure.

yea im getting an SES whenever it stalls and i restart. itll only stall once or hesitate once per drive cycle. i dont know if autozone can scan OBD1.
plus it doesnt have any problem hitting any higher rpm in 1st or 2nd. so i dont think the opti is bad.
im thinking TPS or the fuel pump relay.
