Default Will a drum disk rear end convert to disk easily?

Like the title says. I have a 93 Z28 and the rear end crapped out. Its a stock car and all I need to know is this. Is the rear end out of a V-6 camaro with drums the same as the Z28 with disks? Will the disks swap over or is housing different also? Mine car doesn't have a posi so I'm not worried about that. Just want to fix it and sell it. The drum axles can be had for about $100 cheaper! Thanks

I don't know for sure, but the rear end housing should be the same. If you would have posted up a couple of days ago I would have bought the drum brake stuff from you. I just picked up a rear end to rob the drum brake hardware from. I'm swapping mine the other way...lol
