Strange Noise

I haven't driven my car for about almost 4 months now....But when I did drive it, it made a ticking noise when it was cold. I have no idea what it is. So if anyone has any ideas please let me know. Thanks, Jess

Only when cold? Lifter or rocker if so, be my guess.

Could be an exhaust leak. I've got an exhaust leak at the passenger side header, because of a broken header bolt, and it ticks quite a bit. I hear it all the time, but mostly when it's cold.

well when i go to put my headers on we will see if that changes anything. thanks once again

does anyone else have any ideas im trying to find as many possible problem just so i can check alot when the headers go on
