Opti Help
Opti Help I keep reading on the optispark problems and my car has been screwed up for a while. After replacing damn near everything we put this http://www.partsamerica.com/ProductD...pe=218&PTSet=A on there. Still not starting. Car will fire or hit or whatever and crank but want start. Any suggestions may have put the opti on wrong if any has a very good detailed explination of how to do this let me know. And what are signs of a bad opti?
i see that the link is to a 93,94 year. thats what i have i just did mine a few months ago and i installed it wrong. make sure the index splines are lined up. Sounds like you need to tear it back down and check it.
I like advance auto for my wifes car and the farm truck, but I wouldn't use any of that crap on my z. I have taken 4 nib altenators from there that were bad. i finally went to somewhere else and was fine with the first one they gave me.
