Injectors and stall
Forged 355 11:1 CR on Ported trickflows with a cc306. The heads were ported localy with 278/203 cfm. I will be running a 100shot or so of nitrous.
With a cammed 355, you want to get the car up into the meat of your power curve quickly.
Be sure to pick a model of converter that works well with N20.
I'd do a Yank SS3600E or SS4000E if it's a DD / weekend race car.
If you call them, they will be happy to help you select/design the perfect converter for your application.

Oh, and if you're still running a 3.23 gears, consider upgrading to 3.73.
You're going to need at least 30-36# injectors (assuming that 100 shot is a wet kit).
Going a little too big on injectors won't hurt you any. Just be sure to have it tuned.
(You'll need the tune for the H/C anyhow, be sure to raise the rev limiter and make use of the high RPM power you'll be making)
