383 stroker I am thinking of getting a 383 stroker kit for my car. Does anyone know what my lt1 with a 383 stroker kit on it put down??? Also I heard they were around $1,500, does this sound right?? Thanks
your car with a 383 stroker kit will make about *20 more hp than it will right now. you car with a 383 stroker kit and a badass set of heads and a good cam will make anywhere from 400whp-500whp. the kit is probably even cheaper than $1500, you'll need to have machine work done to your block. just remember airflow through the engine is much more important than how many cubes it has.

Well right now i just have a CAI and i am looking to spen some money on new parts on my car w/o hurting it. It my car but my dad is paying for my stuff and he think everything is going to hurt it... he just got the motor out of the crate.
