Bogging Problem on LT1 A4.... HELP!!
Bogging Problem on LT1 A4.... HELP!! I have a question, maybe some of you all might be able to give some advice. I have a bad bogging problem. It happens when I'm on the throttle hard, from a dig.
It's aN A4, and right when it's ready to shift into 2nd, it bogs bad and wants to die, than comes back to life. Sometimes she dies @ idle too for no reason. Also it I'm @ WOT from about 80 mph, the motor backfires and goes crazy, and won't shift or continue to accelerate.
Maf is fine. I have no exhaust leaks, or induction leaks. Could it be plugs/wires? Vacuum? Optispark? (just replaced opti)

Im a newb to the LT1 but Id start by checking your plug wires. Easiest way to check for arching is at night with the car running. My car has been running like yours and i just checked tonight and found one of my MSD wires arching to the block.
